How long will you take to ship the product after I place my order?
Hey there, we know you’re excited for your new Backpack and just like you, even we are. If you have placed your order before 12 noon, we will ship it the same day itself if the product is available in stock. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next working day. We will also send you an email/text once your order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
It depends on your location. Most orders get delivered between 2-7 business days. Deliveries in remote locations might take longer than deliveries in cities. Do note that delays caused by shipping companies are beyond our control and we won’t be able to take responsibility in case the courier company faces delay due to operational issues, natural calamities, etc.
What if I want my order early?
If you want your order quickly, you can contact us after placing your order and give us your name and order ID. If the product is available in stock, we will try our best to expedite the entire process.
What if my order has damaged items?
If the packaging is open or damaged, please do not sign the courier delivery receipt. Call our customer care and tell us what is the issue along with your order ID and the name & phone number of the courier person. If the packaging is fine but the product inside is damaged or defective, let our customer care know the issue and we’ll promptly resolve your issue.
