At Lugare, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. All products purchased through our website are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

  • Bags: Covered under a 1 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Bag Chains: Covered under a 2 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
  2. The warranty does not cover damages caused due to normal wear & tear, improper usage, negligence, mishandling, accidental damage, water damage, fading, scratches, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  3. Warranty is valid only if the customer provides the original purchase invoice/order confirmation.
  4. Warranty is applicable only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  5. Warranty is valid only for products purchased through the official Lugare website.
  6. Minor variations in color, texture, or natural aging of materials are not considered manufacturing defects.

Replacement for Defective Products

If a customer receives a defective product, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery for replacement. Please read and understand our Returns & Exchange Policy before initiating a request.

Lugare provides a 12 month limited warranty on all products purchased through our website. 

1. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty isn’t valid for damages caused due to wear and tear, neglect, improper care, mishandling, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, etc.
3. Warranty will be valid only if the customer has the purchase invoice.
4. Warranty is valid only for the original buyer of the product.
5. Warranty is valid only for products bought from the official Lugare website.

If the customer receives a defective item, it can be sent back to us within 14 days for a replacement (read and understand the ‘Returns & Exchange’ policy on our website).

If you want to make a warranty claim, kindly write to us along with your name, contact number, address, order number and send a description of the defect with pictures. A copy of the purchase invoice will also have to be attached. Our team will review your warranty claim and get in touch with you for the further process.
